Message dated April 15 was read stating the House passed and                                                                    
returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 1(EDC) "An                                                                    
Act requiring the state Board of Education and Early Development to                                                             
provide an annual report to the legislature" with the following                                                                 
amendment:                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
          HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL                                                                                       
          NO. 1(RLS) "An Act requiring the state Board of                                                                       
          Education and Early Development to provide an                                                                         
          annual report to the legislature; and establishing a                                                                  
          joint legislative task force on theme-based                                                                           
          education." (Title change HCR 15)                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Senator Meyer moved that the Senate concur in the House                                                                         
amendment.
